MMS
The Moto Q is NOT capable of sending MMS messages on the Telus wireless network.
You have to send pictures and videos as attachments through email.
Audio Enhancement
To adjust surround sound, bass, clarity levels for the speakers and the headset
Start > Accessories > Audio Enhancement
You must be wearing the headset when adjusting the headset audio level.

With charger or by computer using the mini USB data cable
